From looking at this thread it looks like you are busier than a 1 legged man at an ass kicking contest. Had any time to go driving for fun yet?
Nick started working at the new RC store this week. He likes it.

option #1 - you need to readjust your linkage , when you adjust your idle screw and nothing happens then your linkage is holding your carburetor open .

option #2 - you need to rebuild your clutch properly

those are my first guesses

try turning the throttle trim down on your radio , if the car dies turn up your idle until you get it right

hows cade been doing ?
Cade is good. He is a very busy 12yr old young man with school(his lowest grade was a 97 this past 6 weeks), just finished tennis(2nd in doubles for our district in 7th garde) baseball 4 days a week and some weekends, he is the batboy for our local college team and then throw in his racing. I don't know how we do it, oh and I have a 8yr old daughter that plays softball as much as he plays baseball.

Thankfully his racing is 2nd nature for him, now the crew chief part that's a different story, lol. I hold my own.

Between my wife and I we keep everyone on schedule. Just don't ask her about our last Rc Pro race in Houston that lasted until 5:00a.m. lol.

Oh and I am building a new house to boot! What day is it again? Throw in a few hours of sleep in there somewhere and I am good to go!

Thanks for making my engine and tuning options easy for me!

Jon

Now off to batting practice and softball after that. Then start putting Cade's buggy back together. Haven't touched the truggy yet.

Excessive side to side deflection is a tell tale sign of bad bearings but usually if your engine bearing is loud and rattling at an idle you should heed the warning signs and change it out .

The factory novarossi bearings are thee best bearings period!!
