Monty, do you still have the used 28-7 ? I am maybe interested is using one as a base for a speed engine for my DM-1...... Do you have any sleeve pics of a 28-7 ? I am curious about the port orientation, especially the width of the boost port..Also what is the rod length of the 28-7 ? If the 28-7 has the ports I am looking for I will modify it to become and absolute animal and show it off this spring !

Its a 21-7 maximo

I don't deal too much in .28 engines but there are occasions

I would have to check the rod length

And the only modifications the .28 needs are top end mods , I am sure you know how to perform those ;)

here is the exploded view with the part number. i too need an fms crank. i have been waiting a couple of months now , but i'm not sure if any are available from fusion yet?? very expensive... close to $200 :(

no more flameouts on the plus4 and the p5xst was an animal. i ran it with a 7mm insert and 41005/9853 and it was too explosive for the small indoor track i run at. i found a better balance with a 6.5 mm insert 41021/9901.also the 77t plug was the way to go especially with the 20 degree temps at night here.they both ran great at about 200 degrees, although i'm not sure if that was too hot or cold for the 20 degree temps?? i can't wait to try out the toro nero, but i think it would work better for me on a bigger outdoor track!

r1harper 02-13-2010 09:59 AM

thanks for part number dont know what i did with my papers that came with it
