Houston,
I currently drive an RB c6 BB l2g and I have a NIB ws7III l2g. I am a new racer but don't mind spending the money to have competitive equipment and in general don't have a lot of trouble keeping up. That said, so far I love my RB engine experience but also am looking to try other things (maybe save a buck or two) that maybe I will be just as happy with. This leads me to checking into the Novarossi line. From what I hear, very comparable to the RB concepts. My question: can someone recommend an engine for my xray 808 that you think I would be happy with, but maybe something a little different from what I have. I am looking for something that will hold a tune like a vise (like the c6 has) that has good low end power without sacrificing too much top end, and that has decent fuel efficiency. I must say that I drive best when those things are wrapped out and over heating. I like it snappy. I have much better throttle control on the bottom end then steering control on the top. It is easier for me to keep from spinning out off the line but harder for me to keep my speed/power up around the corners.

Hi Monty,
You need to get your butt out to Phoenix to do some racing soon.

I was wondering, using a 053 pipe, what would the difference be in the powerband, and mileage, between a square header and the round one?
On a side note, what do you think of this stupid new rule to take away most of our signature?

You and I are going to have to do some major pruning.
I for one am not happy about it.
Have fun,
Burn nitro.

you guys can use whatever you want , try your own combos , find what works and what doesn't for you . none of us have "the magical pipe" figured because it could change from track to track . these are merely one persons findings in this thread , experienced of course

i havent heard anything about the sig thing yet .
