The bearing is not falling out right? I think you mean the inner race moves when you move the crank? You should "pull" the crank all the way out, and move that inner racing all the way "back" towards the backplate as you can when you put the cone on. This way when you tighten up the flywheel it will not really move back and forth.

What is happening is, the front bearing just fall out!!! Or I can just push it back in to the crank case!!! :flaming: just wth my fingers
Don't even have to use a bearing puller
Is it a manufacturer defect??

Chris Reilly 03-27-2013 04:54 PM

I would contact A Main Hobbies as they are the importer for the RB engine now and talk to them. It isn't normal but I can't say it is mfg defect. It would sound like it though. Best of Luck!

graceku 03-27-2013 07:03 PM

I sure think it the manufacturer defect. Not 1 engin but 2 !!:flaming:
Any help, who or how to contact at rb? Big disappointment for a big. And renounce company!! Otherwise the engine is great
I not frm the USA. I frm Asia

Chris Reilly 03-27-2013 07:25 PM

Go to RB Products page and send them a email or call them and see what happens.

Normally the bearing size is lazer etched on the side of the bearing race.. What is it?

graceku 03-29-2013 04:47 PM

The bxr just runed in, took it apart,
Useing the hudy bearing puller. As I extracting the front bearing, I can feel the front bearing is loose!!! And inserting it in to crank case, just wth my finger!!!! Same goes wth my buddy bxr. 2 bxr haveing the same issue!! Bearings are nova that rare correct size
It's the crank !case :D. Or is it bearings problem????!! Aaaa??!!!

Anybody tried nova pipe/header combos with the bxr?? Any insight into what works and what doesn't work?

graceku 04-01-2013 02:23 AM

Iv tryed nova manifold wth picco 2099 , 2033 , 2069 , 2034
The 2099 very similar wth 2033. Smooth 2034. Wild and punchy!! The 2069. I like smooth and got high end

prowlag 04-01-2013 03:03 AM

Thanks. What you think about the 9901/41021 combo?
