Has anyone had a pulsating idle? It idled beautifully yesterday, i took the needles out and greased the orings, now it will not stay consistent. If i give it throttle then let off it'll idle high, then drop, then go high again, then drop and die. Could this be an air leak somewhere?

I tried Leaning the LSN, but then it would stay running. So i richened it and it still pulses.

I richened the LSN and it will run strong now holding a nice tune, but it still pulses at idle. It will idle for a long time, but just inconsistently.

I set the needles back to factory and tuned from there. The idle still inconsistent.

I took the engine part and checked for leaks. The only leak i could find was coming from my ceramic front bearing when the carb was open. I'm guessing if i can hear air coming out that i should replace it?

If no one has a fix for this problem, i'm going to order a new front bearing and try that. If that doesn't work, i'll get some new fuel.

Questions?? Parts..

Does anyone have or know where I can get a ConRod (losr2043) for a .28 GRP? The .21 and .28 are the same. I would even take a good used one.
Drop me a PM if you have one to sell here in the US.
Thanks

Unfortunately, we are out of those. We just have a few engines left, some glow plugs and we have some GRP gaskets and o-rings coming in next week.

Try typing in grp in an ebay search in all catagories isolate that to radio control line. I will try and post a link but I'm on my phone. I was able to get new p/s and standard rod fairly cheap. The stuff is out there you just gotta hunt for it.

Keep trying. From day to day and I bet some pop up. Rumor is horizon may actually have some stuff. But I'm sure the price will be super retail horizon price. Lol

FYI
You can use Boss and Falcon parts as well, the Boss setup is slightly wider, but its a easy fix with sanding/dremel.
Conrod is exact match.
