With all these people crying about not having a 3port if it realy means that much to you, order one from Australia.

There you go, now get your motor and stop whining :]

Nta01 the 3port engines are not available yet, I have recieved good word from my drivers and have placed a order with the factory, So it shouldn't be much longer. If you wish to purchase engines locally in arizona, you can go by hobby action in tempe, Papago R/C raceway, and poorboyracing.net. all of those locations are authorized Go dealers and if they don't have engines in stock they can get any engine within 1-2 days. Early reports of the 3port race say smoother bottom then the 5port with slightly more top end.

Swede#1 Grizz is right run your stock shims the turbo button and standard are the same. Sorry for the confusion.

everyone please just hold on a little longer, the 3port R...im sure the 3port R spec will be in stock in just a few weeks...the 3port R spec engine is worth the wait... you will not find a better engine for even close to the price unless your buying another Go engine...the 3port R spec will sell for around $20 less then the 5port...IMO the 3port R spec engine is right on par with the OS vspec...

Russell, if you have these here locally, I would like to purchase one.

Thanks,
Tom
if there seems to be a shortage of Go engine supply its only cause the Go engines are flying off the shelves that fast...Russell has been putting in large orders, but as soon as his dealers get them they are selling them so super fast...Russell will keep ordering so i hope you all keep buying the Go engines as fast as he can get them in...who ever would have through that the cost effective little engine that could would get so popular...

I hope they become available by the end of this month I have a standing order with my LHS for alot of stuff and the go 5 port turbo is on that list. I looked at amain and carolinasRC niether has the 5 port turbo in and I only seen the 7 port on carolinas though you could buy the extra turbo head and just make it a turbo . Amain has the 7 port turbo and standard, but no 5 ports

The best bet is to pre order form your local sales point . We do not ship Go Race engines internationally unless they are modified.

Russell has got to be one of the most attentive distributors ive ever seen with awesome product knowledge and support ! Support him and his sales points !

Cheers MnM

From what I am told the turbo button is no different than the standard button as far as shims go. Just change the buttons over, put the original shims back in and go hard. Maybe I am missing somthing here (if so, please excuse my ignorance ), but I can't see a problem.
Well, i just thought that the turbo button i got was more than likely manufactured later than my engine, and since the newer engines comes with more shims, i was confused. Now, maybe they changed the measurements on the sleve, but what if they changed the button ?? Thats why i asked

Swede#1 the buttons have only changed once and it was close to a year ago that the old stock was replaced.

Stay away from Rc-toro his engines have the serial numbers ground off and will not be warrantied or eligible for contingency.

Amain should have 5ports in stock soon, we have had 5ports in stock for awhile now, they are not currently back ordered. We did have a run on Turbo buttons and turbos are back ordered, but the price of 2 o.s. p3 plugs is the same as a turbo button and the standard version comes with 2 plugs for break in.
