sorry 'bout the broken links. I've been working on organizing some of the images in the new photobucket account.

Anyways... Here's FLYIN' Ryan Lopez:

Ryan fighting it out with Mike Battaile for 3rd. This was some of the most intense back-and forth competition. Even the 1st and 2nd place guys did their best to stay out of the way. Simply AWESOME battle!

Lopez, ready to pounce.

On the pipe, through the bowl turn:

We noticed this after the race. Not too shabby, finishing 2nd in pro buggy w/ a mangled turnbuckle!

7 ports in Truggy interesting ... Matt can you tell us your experience ?

On my Hotbodies D8T i tried my beloved .25 and was very good, then Trey asked me to try the GX5R and i loved it (+1 tooth on bell needed to tame down the low punch), but i always been a fan of 7 ports ... so your experience and opinion can be very useful ...

thanks,

It is strange seeing Hudy Spring Steel bend like that. At least Ryan has the skills to bring it home.

Wow, an off-road buggy motor win's an ON-ROAD race!
How extreme was the modding of the engine?
Those top on-road engines sell for way too much.

GO engines ROCK! in the on-road 1/8 GT cars.
I ran my modded 7-port in one of my DM-1's
last year and it was fast.
