I'm looking for a new eng. and just found this Item number: 220373384347on the bay. I cant find much info on it, is it a good eng? what does the "factory mod" part include? I have run SIRIO NOVARISSI V-SPEC ect in the past how will this compare? thanks in advance.

This is not a " factory modified engine " Go Factory do not modify engines. That is a gen 5 with a stock gen 5 crank. Id assume this guy is saying this to get sales but i can assure you it is not modified.

Buy from a local dealer and get some sort of back up service and warranty.

Cheers MM

Re-fuling problem

Hi, I have a 5 port go engine on my hyper 9, I used to drive in Bogota, 2.600 mts over sea level.
My problem is that every time tha I am re-fuling (pit stop) my engine flame out. every time.
What can I do?
I have changed: Glow pug, for 6 to 4, I have made shorter presure line.
?????????????

Flameouts during pist stops are usually due to carb being too rich on the low speed. Is it the long lsn or short?

PTM Go Tech 5port

I ran my ProTwister modded - Go Tech 5port this Saturday at ReoRaceway in Indiana. I was top qualifier for the B-main, bumped to the A-main and finished 4th after a 20min main. I was most impressed with only 1 pit at the 10 minute mark. The Go Engine continues to be a reliable choice.

Thanks,
Brandon

Ok guys have a question for ya. Just broke in my new Go 21.7port turbo. runs flawlessly. Now that I took the alluminum foil off, I'm wondering what temps are normal for that motor because this thing is spot on and with the body on after a full tank ran through im only getting to 190 deg F? That amazes me and was wondering if thats normal or not. Thanks again guys

The long low speed needle (lsn) will not pull all the way out of the orfice when you look in the carb while pulling the barrell of the carb open. (like going to wide open) The short lsn will pull out at around 1/2 throttle.

cya,

hey Pato why are you still waiting I've had mine well over 6 months now:eek:;)

The stinger isn't reinforced in the picture I believe it is just a reflection from the plastic shrink wrap
