A 50 sec video of my GO .25 with a 0801 pipe running up and down the street.
As stated in another thread I was having problems with the glow plug element being "sucked out" of the plug.
Put a new rod in as there was some slop in the original rod (10litres old)
and the glow plug is no longer becoming distorted and "sucked out".

I was just putting on a show for the camera, I normally race.

Nice dude. I was watching that vid thinking that that shell looked familiar. Then I saw a couple of the photos of it at Castlemaine. Mustve been a good photographer that took those shots. :sneaky:

Ha Ha, yeah I'm sprung.
Just wanted a copy of them for myself. I have not used them anywhere. They are great shots.

Sure is! Thanks for your run in advice, I am hoping to get that done today. The parents have gone away, the wife and I are now house sitting with our kids and if I am lucky bubs will wake up soon so I can go put a few tanks through it and get the process started.

Bring it on!

Bigal63 12-27-2008 01:15 PM

Thanks for tips guys
I ran 2 full tanks thru my .21 5 port late yesterday
It got jammed a couple of times but by the end of the 2nd tank was idling pretty smooth
Sounds awesome:D:D
Will be out running around the oval today to get it fully run in

Sweet as - I remember your buggy with the Go 7 Port now. You were in the heat after me, and I kept seeing it when I was marshalling. Sounded nasty too !!!
I was running the bright orange GS CL-1, but not any more. Put the old girl to rest in favour of a new X-Ray 808 for 2009. Still running the same Massive Mods Stage 5 5 Port motor though - it is a beautiful thing, and makes the lightweight X-Ray really haul butt :sneaky:
Later

CmdGrimlock 12-27-2008 05:58 PM

And my GO .21 7Port LIVES!!! Its had 3 tanks idled through it and its had 2 tanks running around the back yard in figured 8's and up and down the drive way and over a few small obsticles trying to behave myself and doing it all properly.

And teh best part was both kids fell alseep while I was idling it and I kept going for another hour :)... WOHOO! I was suprised I wasnt in teh bad books but the Mrs came out to see why I was doing things the way I was, which was good

I am amazed at the grunt this thing has even with it running rich at the moment. I am really looking forward to leaning it off over the next 8 tanks slowly and letting it rip!

KK, One very happy and excited Go-Tech owner!

oh my freaking goodness. my port is an absolute hoss. i idled it for tanks and burped it around for 2 more tanks.
