Hmm...the link that you posted showed a picture similar to the lightweight first gear housing that came with the V-One RRR WCE. I might be wrong though. Have to check the part number first...

The one in the manual is TSW15. Maybe they just renumbered the part - or the new one is even lighter. Hard to say.

I bought oil for slot car bearing.. it's called Mura
strange, but now the bearing is much more free, i mean it run easier.. but not smooth as grease.. and it's possible hear a small noise when i spin the bearing
did I make anything wrong?

The Kyosho lightweight 3D flywheel is VSW-043. lightweight clutchbell is VZW-213, which is fairly easy to damage when changing pinion gears.

Hmm...I have removed my steel gears from the light weight clutch bell using the kyosho pinion tool remover. So far, no damage was done and it's holding pretty well... I have removed the gears about 10x already since I used the lightweight clutch bell...

Default strange problem

So last week I got my second chassis ..but I did not buy a new one ...I got a second hand one from a racer at my club. I could not ignore the deal because for the price of one new rolling chassis, I got one built up car with a Novarossi N12LL5 motor and an unbuilt car (minus a couple of parts). I was able to build a 90% new car, use the Novarossi engine, buy new servos and still have enough parts left over to serve as spares for a very long time ...I think it was a good deal.

The one thing I did not rebuild on the car was the engine, clutch assembly and the 2-speed assembly. When I got to the track on Saturday to test the car, I found a major problem. Basically the engine revs and responds just fine until you get to around half throttle ...at which point the engine responds but the car does not move! It's almost as if the pinion and spur gear lose contact somehow ...which surely is not possible. Could it have to do with the 2-speed assembly? Maybe my second gear? ANY help will be appreciated ....thanks!

I got a question...

Can i upgrade a V1-RRR to V1-RRR Evo using the EVO Conversion kit?

Or is the conversion kit for the V1-RRR WCTE?

Thanks.

The conversion kit will convert a RRR to a RRR Evo. Unfortunately, the kit is no longer available.
