I know this has probably been asked over and over again, but I dont want to search all 235 pages of this thread looking for the answer. So ill just ask it...... what shop has the best price for the Kyosho V-One RRR WCE?

what hop-ups would you say are a necessity for this car? Not looking for the BLING BLING...

www.rc-champ.co.jp has it for a great price.

As for the necessities, I would go for the following:
- Upgraded brake disk
- Upgraded brake pads
- Hex screws

That's all.

I being looking for the screws missing in my kit for a couple of days with no luck, i have a buch of hex 4-40 screws around, my kit is 90% assembled, my question is: what will happen if i change all the screws already in my kit (wich are self tapping 3mm wide screws) for 4-40 (about 3mm wide too)? what effect will have the change in the thread size? will the parts take the screws? will they get damaged, weaken or striped? what experience had people that after building their cars changed their stock screws with kits from rcscrews.com or hexscrews.com ?

I think 4-40 are a smaller dia screw or vise versa. do a test hole before going all out

Mike (Ellis) is using 4/40 screws on his car except the ones that are going into metal.
