Another for you D : I mounted the rear diff with Super Grease, all ok at the track but when the diff cools down (couple of hours after use) it gets really hard to move. I blew it with hair drier to get it to OP temp and it got soft and nice again. Does this happen to you or maybe I did something wrong?

D it fits in the stock nut its just a tight fit. you can always sand the outside a squeek on a belt sander or with a dremel if its to tight for your liking. however without an agerssive clutch shoe its kinda a moot point. as you wont like it on a stock shoe.
does not matter where you put the set screws in the weights as long as there all in the same place on each shoe it will balance. the closer to the tips the more centrifical force they create.
UNLESS
your not using the shoes in a swing condition (you have cut them to slide between the pins) then they need to be in the center or they will get crooked as they come out.
Don't know if it is necessary or if it would work. If somebody wanted to try, then the set screw needs to be mounted in the MIDDLE of the flyweight to balance it out when you mount the flyweight in the middle of the pins. Something to think and try.

Use less powerful engines or send us your engines !

Yes, I've already changed the bolt to a shorter one because I prefer the allen type head.

Pls check the diff assembly (mounted in the car) if you can move the diff up and down a bit, most likely you have this problem. Worn out U13 bearing could make that condition also.

Lower the G22 bolt 1mm, .5mm should enough.
Replace 802305 + 802306, or use the old one but find a M3x0.5
Hand Tap, re-thread the hole.
The problem will gone !

Actually did not have the problem when I was using the original G22 bolts.
I've checked the U13 bearing. They are like new. The rear diff is secured and cannot movbe up and down.
Like I mentioned above, I used a shorter allen type M4 screw to replace the G22. I don't think that is the one causing the problem. I think it's the rear diff outdrive cups causing the problem. I've grinded the dimples to make it smooth and the rear does not "jump" or the bodyshell vibrate when I apply throttle on the starter box or on the track.
All the way ! Good luck to him.
