Barry- I went thru my racer yesterday. I would sacrifice the plastic gear and dremel a slot in the screw and back it out.. Hope this helps!

My problem is the head of the screw is gone... I tried to drill it, but this did no work.... and the screw is to small to cut a slot in it.... :(

The outter holes are 1mm and the inner are 3mm. Did with a dremel by hand.

Yea, I thought about that too. Just got bored and started tinkering. Should see the shaft spacers:lol::lol: Wanted to work on removing rotating mass. Every little bit helps, right?
Going to test them on a high bite track this weekend for durability.

I'm running the Nt1 and have a question. I run the 26T side pulley and running my front tires 1mm smaller then the rears is that the right split to run with the 26T Pulley ? Also if I keep my 1mm split and use the 25T Pulley will that give me more or less steering? Is there somewhere on the xray site that tells you want spilt to run I have seen people run no split and have seen people run a 2mm split I kind of lost…

One technique is to make your own sticker with the drill pattern on it.

You need

1) A computer with some sort of drawing software. e.g. Adobe Illustrator
2) Clear sticker paper
3) A printer

Stick sticker on part and start drilling. This idea would also work on a brake disc as well but you need a very hard tipped drill to cut steel.
