I have noticed with the 2mm offset the car is more stable in the rear than the 0 offset...no I have not tried that motor glad to see you like it..

hey ,what do you gyus think about li-po batteries for the RRR?They are about 40gr lighter than the Nicd but i've heard roumors of burning servos!!!

is it true?i know that they are sensitive,but if they really burn electronics then i don't really think it's worth buing if we take in mind that good digital servos cost about 100$ each.What's your experience in lipo's....?

Lipo outputs 7.4v, you will need a regulator to bring it down to 6v, like this one:

It weights around 15g, so, to keep it safe, lipo is not going to be a lot light weigth as it could be.

drivers in my local track are using it and it locks down your rear and it will make you car a lot more stable, specially if you are running in a low-mid traction track.
I bought one and I'm going to test it next weekend. I'll post my impressions here after testing it.

I have been running the lipo without regulator on my Ko receiver and have yet to burn any servos or receivers most of the higher-end electronics can run them with no regulator

I've been running lipo for nearly 12 months now. No burnt electronics but I do use a regulator. I use a spektrum receiver and futaba s9451 servos.

If, the level of traction at the track is low, the stock diff oil (30K) in the rear may be to heavy. You will need to user a lighter weight diff oil to "plant" the rear end. Other than that you'll be good out of the box.

i think it's too risky to run your vehicle without a regulator
