Its not a regular occurence, but its happened in both my buggy and truggy. Buggy all diffs at different times, and now the truggy rear. First one happened last sept, and the truggy is only a couple of races old. Another racer had one seize up 4 weeks ago.

Hey Gary.. I have noticed that my outdrives do the same thing but I have never had any of them lock up on me. Maybe I should consider a little dremel work on the ends of the outdrives? I am rebuilding my buggy right now for Red Deer and as we speak I am attacking the diffs.

IMO Mugen tends to over engineer the high stress parts of the buggy like the diff cases and bearing cut outs in the front and rear hubs, what me and my buddies do anytime we change these parts or build a new kit is dremel, sand or what ever is necessary to clearance all the parts. For instance my steering knuckles and rear hubs my bearings fall out the plastic doesn't hold them in and i have sanded down the space in between the bearings so the bearings are closer together this will free up the driveline in a huge way and cut down on bearing stress. It's a lot of work but in the end the those little things make a huge difference. I also have had one a outdrive seize in the ring gear once you get them out or before you install a new set lightly sand down the outdrive and the inside of the gear and the diff case and it will never happen again.

I have tried about every brand of fuel tubing there is.
After testing them all, one stood head and shoulders above the rest, and anyone that has bought some has commented back to me how happy they are with it.
Fioroni fuel tubing.
Integra, if you like teh Venom, you will go nuts over this stuff, its tough as woodpecker lips
