Thanks man, I'll try that first. I'm also still looking for a good shock oil weight. I think the stock weight is 45. Also diff weights. I think the stock weights are 7-10-7. Would changing the diff oil help keep my front end down.

Finally made up a set of super swampers with studs for the snow
Used the AKA tire punch for the holes , On the studs used blue loctite to hold em in . Studs 3/8" high . Put 24 on each tire , Just need to balance em out and let em setup overnight
The Super Redcat wing still holding up fine .

Wow those tires look pretty sick. Don't get in the way of those. You might loose more than some skin. They should grip really well though.

I've been watching the kraton and the tailon pretty closely and it looks like they have updated the bad areas like the esc. I'm going to wait a couple months so I make sure to get an updated one and pick one up.

Thicker center diff fluid might help. Thicker center diff fluid will reduce balloning, but it will also allow more torque to reach the rear wheels which will tend to lift the front end. Reducing the balloning by tieing or duct tape the tires should help for sure.

Is the stock Kraton servo digital or analog? Anyone know for sure?

I just ordered a Futaba 4PLS. I was told that I have to use a digital servo because an anolog one would burn out. Is that true? And has anyone swapped servos in the Kraton that can recommend a decent one. I don't want to spend a whole lot either (under $80)

I was just going to swap out the receiver and radio. I have a Tactic radio I like, so I was going to drop that in. I'm not sure about the whole digital/analog thing. Is that going to be a problem for the servo and esc?

Do you know that for sure? Are you saying that using te analog servo with my futaba tx and Rx will be fine? The guy I talked to at hobbico support for futaba said an analog servo would burn out. It would be nice if I didn't have to swap the servo out right away. But I don't want I damage anything.

I've been told analog servos will burn out on a digital reciever/radio. I Read it RCTECH somewhere.

You have to adjust the frame rate on a futuba receiver to work with an analog servo .

All about servos

That was a good article. I have no idea how to adjust te frame rate or really what that means (I didn't catch anything about that in the article) but I think just upgrading to digital is a better choice anyways. With thT said I have a mm2 and I can adjust the voltage up to 7.4 for the tv servos but should I be using a bec for that? Or even for 6volts? Not 100% on what they do either but it seems like thy woul put out the voltage instead of the voltage coming off the esc internal bec? If the voltage is coming out of the esc bec what else is being robbed of that power? What I mean. Is something else getting less voltage because I am sending 7.4 to the servo and throttle?
