Fastest Lap- 3.642s
Chassis- MR-03
Body- 2010 R8 LMS
Wheelbase- 98mm
Tires- Marka v1 r10, PN Firm , cut/worn to 22.0mm
Motor- Stock
Batteries- TRP747
Front Springs- red
T-Plate- PN G10 #5
Motor Mount- Stock
Dampener (If applicable)- N/A
Dampener Fluid (If applicable)- 45k atomic grease in the shock.
Gearing- 7/44

Notes: I was hovering at or above a 5 minute run and suffering from poor consistency due to occasional traction roll (over aggressive steering into corners) or bumping walls. To mitigate traction roll I added 1.3mm of spacer (sanded down long portion of plastic T-plate) in between my T-plate and motor pod. This lowered my chassis and mitigated traction roll allowing me to push harder and focus more on not hitting walls. I think with more practice this time could improve more but I was very happy with my time and needed to move on to other things haha.

I tried using less grippy tires (MZW 39-40's) but the car was too pushy. I am happy that my driving ability has progressed to the point that I am able to benefit from an aggressive setup that isn't "idiot proof" but that does make driving sessions more intense.

Chassis- GLR- GT

Tires- Marka v1 r10, Gekko 002 front , cut to 22.6mm
Motor- PN V3.1 3500kv
Batteries- lipo, GL 360
Front Springs- reflex racing side damper springs. Silver
T-Plate- N/A
Motor Mount- GL
Dampener (If applicable)- Reflex
Dampener Fluid (If applicable)- N/A
Gearing- 9/53
Notes- nice, fast car, too draggy with current setup. Throttle endpoint in the 70’s % I intended to do some tuning and get a faster run but I never got around to the timed runs. I added 15k grease to the side dampers which made a surprising difference on improving stability and mitigating traction roll. I have also switched to the sensored PN anima 3500kv motor, but only because I wanted the sensor-less for another car.. After talking to some racers, I may be going back to a ball diff in this car instead of the PN gear diff. The logic here is that lipo batteries provide so much initial acceleration that the car can be stabilized by tuning the ball diff to slip a bit under hard acceleration. This makes the car more idiot proof, compensating for ham-handed throttle inputs on corner exits.

I apologize for the late postings - I kept getting sidetracked! I have a suspicion that I will not get much time to run in December due to Holidays, family visits, etc... My goals are to match (or get within a second or 2 of) my box stock time, match stock time and dramatically improve my open 2wd time.
