just wondering what is the best profile for gt7 to run a stock23t motor medium and large track?

what about gtx?

GT7 Profiles: Probably either profile 6... if that is too hard on your motor try profile 5.

GTX: Profile 1 will be the most aggressive..if this is too hard on your motor try profile 2.

Why is it that drag brake and min brake are the same everytime i adjust one of them?

Good Question!

It's because if they were not tied together you could get a situation like this:

You adjust your minimum brake to 5%

You have your drag brake set to 20%

When you let off the throttle your ESC will apply 20% of maximum braking force.

When you move to push brake, the ESC would appl 5% of maximum braking force... LESS brake than at neutral...so your car would actually have less brake than at neutral...it would sort of "run away" from you.

is there a thread for the Novak 10.5 brushless? i did a search for "10.5" and it yielded nothing.

also... what kind of FDR would you recommend for the 10.5 at Tamiya?

Hehehe gotta watch out for the zoom man

I usually recommend to start out at 5.5... I think some of the guys running it there ran 5.4 or 5.3 this weekend though.

cool! ill be running the 10.5 this sunday at the fun race since fred allowed it.

maybe you should start a 10.5 thread? its the only system that doesnt have one
