Foams will make the car about 2 or 3 ounces lighter......most foam races go with 50oz weight rule and rubber tire races are 53oz weight. Its fairly easy to get the car close to 50oz with foam tires and at most rubber tire races I have had to add a 1/4 oz or less weight to my car to bring it up to 53oz. But the chassis is very heavy and can be milled to save some weight like what Randman and others have done.

You mean that there are different weight and body height rules for foam tires?? Say it isn't so!

*mischeivious grin*

Stockton was definately fun... hopefully next season we'll be able to get up there again...

Sounds good man, it wont be until next year when the race season starts up again... unless Speedworld does go through with that race you were talkin about.

hey Kevin, earlier you posted about some spur gear adapters with different teeth pulley's available. How much do these things weigh? If there is anyway you could get me that info, it'd be great!

Brians11.....if you go to that site that I listed I think they have how many grams it is in the package so that should give you an idea how much they weigh. Other wise I can maybe check over the weekend how much it is.

You should come up to the Speedworld Cup race in June. That's a fun race too. A bunch of losi guys came up last year. I think we had like 130 entries or something last time.
