Next time I see him, I'll pass the word. He doesn't seem to come by SoCal raceway to much anymore. I'll probably catch him at one of the parking lot races.

I have a question about my xray: Why is it so slow?

Oh I gotta take it out of the pit bag and run it sometime

Neil, since I know you comb this thread more than say the "Tevo3" thread, here's a reminder to bring your transponder this Saturday. Also, don't forget to bring some packs and a charger and most importantly, your "A-Game."

If the weather's poo poo and the track is flooded, I'll call you.

Cheers

Here's the magic set where we run:

Follow the setup guide included with your Xray and use the pro front one ways.

Easy enough

The best neutral setup is the recommended setup in the book. The one-way is nice if you want to corner a little bit faster.

Ok!so you guys are telling me that you are still running the stock set up out of box?or are you guys telling me to look in a book and let it explain to me about set up?Because I have tried a set up that is sugested out of the set up book but it was a little too loose fo me.I was just wondering if everone in this thead who owns a x-ray is running carpet. Most who I talk to and chat with is running carpet.

I was just wondering bout a good set up (other than stock set up)that someone has good luck with on asphalt.

Littledog :: I race on asphalt and concrete for which the stock setup is not a good starting point. My setup sheets are dated and our track surfaces will vary to some degree, but have a go with my setting found on HTRLrc. Click the link below.

I use c-hubs now but I will post a new setup sheet soon.

I'm running the stock set-up for the c-hub conversion. The stock set-up for the pivot ball is a general starting point. Tune your car accordingly utilizing the setup book provided in the kit.
