I am impressed you think the car i sold you was only ran twice. Actually I ran brushless mod foam and stock rubber with the car you purchased for at least half the season. I guess that gives a testiment to how durable and long lasting the xray with c-hub really is. Not a part on that car has ever need to be replaced other then diff rebuilds, and cvd blades. Pretty cool eah?

No. The spring steel wheel axels are hop ups that need to be purchased separately.

i broke the flexible upper deck on my x-ray so i have to get a new one. Question is should i get a stiff upper deck or the stock flexible one. I plann on doing carpet racing so would it also be a good idea to get anti-roll bars front and rear as well as stiffer springs (which ones?)

I used to race an evo on carpet m8 so i might be able to help....need a few answers first though !

what sort of carpet ?
what tyres did you have in mind ?
are you using the c-hub ?
mod or std motor ?

as for the top deck solid one less flex is better on high grip surface

Looks like the New X-Ray

C Hubs all around.... Looks like this will be a great car even though it is a sport car. Looks like you get some of the good stuff from the EVO2 without the $500 pricetag for EVO2 + all the C Hub Stuff.

IF THE PICTURE DOES NOT SHOW UP RIGHT CLICK ON THE X AND CHOOSE sHOW PICTURE... FOR SOME REASON MINE DOES NOT SHOW UP ALL THE TIME.

Buy the C hub.....you can probably pick up a pillow ball suspension quite cheap from someone who has changed to C hub!
