Brian Bodine and myself did some testing ,finding out there isnt much of the difference far as the down force on small or large rear wing ..large front wing help absorb the impact cause less damage
Take Mike advice ,get the right tires allow you to get the most best track grips ( what ever the fast F1 driver is using is what you need to get..) or less, there F1 spec tires for club racing
PS The Proper tires is close to 90 percent part of the tuning

Thinking I'll do red, white, and blue for my next f1 body. Got some decals I thought would be good for a 1/10 scale short course truck but they seem too small. Might use em on the next f1 body. Lol
think they're sweat and Mears racing team decals.
They're autographics brand from Cali and a bit old but should still work.

Keep your eye on Brain S . just hopefully he'll bring out the F1
question
are you running 21.5 or 25.5?
it must easier to run the 25.5 motor on the low track grip condition

Ya that was suggested to me as well. I'm running 21.5
it was suggested to go to 25.5 at my last event. Its my 1st season and opening of the yr... in time. If I had all the money in the world and no worries it wouldn't be life. lol.

I had a crash that broke the rear wing mount on my car about half way through a qualifier. Much to my surprise it didn't effect the handling of the car at all. This was on black carpet though and not sure if it would be the same on asphalt. Like OVA said, the bodies do make a difference though, again, on black carpet at least.
