Have a 3 racing gear diff and put in 2.5mill oil and am getting a lot of wheel spin on black carpet any suggestions running orca motor

anyone here using m05 v2 arms and feel inconsistent droop ?

I run at the same track you are and have 500000 in my diff. It seems to work really well.

Yellow front springs with 40 oil and yellow back springs with 30 seems to be the ticket.

What would you guys say the minimum servo strength and speed for a 21.5/2200kv mini M03 would be? Would 43oz-in and 0.3s due the job? Or do I really need to get up to 100oz-in?
My LHS has the Futaba S3151 and S3305. Just wondering if I need the extra strength.
PS, I'm stuck with futaba because of the servo saver I'm using.

Wheelspin is part of the game, even on the awesome new carpet. You could try dealing down the aggressiveness/throttle curve on your ESC?

Torque isn't as important as speed. I'd go with 0.10/s - 0.15/s minimum.

Not me, but I have added metal plates made from old jigsaw blades to the chassis-droop screw contact points. I felt that the droop screw acting on the plastic chassis could cause wear and therefore affect the handling.

It's superglued in place, the cable tie is just a boots and braces thing.
The same thing is done on the front, less the cable tie obviously.

so getting to rebuild the mini wheelbase to 225mm(M) from 210mm(S) and wow just challenging to find one of these bodies by Tamiya HPI..... list goes on.

Yea, I hear you on how challenging it is to find Tamiya bodies. I ended up grabbing an ABC Hobby body for my M05 and have it in reserve. I'm glad I can stick to the short wheelbase with it. Actually I'm quite impressed with it's level of detail.

I've had to throw the towel in on HPI parts in general (bodies & wheels specifically) - I want to get my new chassis up and running (just tires and body left to do).

im running m05 arms on my v2 chassis and feel way more consistent, i set ny droop from shocks length.

This looks like a better solution than the recycled pieces of razor blade I was using. Very hard steel, but it was thin enough to indent after a time. That said, I gave up on the built in droop screws and went back to building shocks to length. I lose easy adjustability, but I only ever race at one track anyhow.

Ooh! New diff from RCMart's house brand, Yeah Racing. Looks a lot like the others that are out there already, but comes with a chunk to turn it into a spool, should the need arise. Neat.
