Our local hobby town was trying to get in more tires for this event and I saw back orders form all suppliers. So maybe HPI needs to get more of these in the system.

I have a question regarding the rules for the bodies. When it says that the cars need a rear bumper, what type of bumper - like the foam ones on the front?

And why is it that they need rear bumpers? For the obvious reasons?

I don't think I'll be needing a rear bumper.... I'll be the last one in anyway!!

Any body that comes with a separate rear bumper, like the HPI 'Cuda or Mustangs, needs to be attached. You can also not cut to remove the rear bumper on other bodies. The body has to be complete on the original cut lines.

What they are talking about is some of the bodies have bolt on rear bumpers and the rules are saying that you need to run them. Also when you dont run them and a car runs up the rear of another car with out a rear bumper then they tend to get stuck together....having the bumper will stop that from happening...and it gives someone like me something to shoot for and rip off someone else car....

Kevin is the bumper removal expert. He's also pretty good at removing other body parts from your T/A car.

He has a stamp for the side of his car like WWII flying aces, except instead of planes, it's bumpers...

Nice car!! It's looks mean just sitting there!!

Quick question.... where can a person get those corner dots? I'd like to practice at a local parking lot and those would be perfect for laying down a temporary practice track.

THanks for everyone's help so far!!

I was wondering the same thing, and then when I took my son to his soccer practice, the coach had similar type cones. He picked them up at Meijer, but I imagine you could get them at walmart or dunhams as well. They are probably much lighter than the cones in the pics above (which are awesome pics btw) but for what I am doing, they work great!

Hope this helps!

Here is a link to what I am talking about. These are more expensive than if you get a no name brand.

Oh, and for Kevin, I'll be sure to bolt the bumper on VERY WELL!!!
