This is the set up I am using. I am using it to the "T", only with the gold springs up front because the front of the car was over rolling and making the car hard to drive.

When you mean adding droop, you mean by going from say 5 to 6? What are you guys using to measure your droop? I am using Hudy blocks with a Hudy droop gauge. Should I be using something else? And yes, I am using a slipper spool.
Im am not cetain but I would guess that the Hudy numbering is different to the Associated numbering. The factory guys normally state their droop as the number on the Associated gauge, and measure to the arm, not the C-hub.

So check which droop you are running by using the Associated gauge that comes with the kit, and you can later work out how to convert the Hudy numbers to the Associated numbers, if they are different at all.

regards

Neal

The HUDY numbering is equal to the Asso numbering.

Also remember when setting up your droop, first detach your anti roll bar and your shocks.

When setting your down stops you detach your anti roll bar and shocks

When checking droop they should both be attached.

Default Fixing on Throttle rear end looseness.

I have been running at WEST Coast RC raceway and my TC is loose out of the corners on throttle.
I am running a 17.5 motor and Tekin RS. Sorex 32 rubbers. Blue spring front, silver rear.
35 wt shock oil front, 30 rear.
I have tried about everything I know and can't seem it get the to hold on throttle, Played with the droop, no help. rebuilt shocks, no help. made front belt tighter, worse.
Check front slipper spool tight, rear diff set correctly (1/8 turn loose).
Not sure where to go from here, but frustration is setting in.....
