What rear gear diff? Bought a used tc5r and just started racing it in vta 21.5. It wasnt raced in years and i won b main with it and all i did was put my electronics into it lol.

For you USGT guys out there, what kind of gearing have you been working with? I am currently playing around with 96/49. Straights are still a issue. Was suggested I drop down to a 93 spur.

That really depends on your motor and track layout.

The track is medium gray traction, the motor is a 24K 21.5 50 timing.

Balancing the car out, I have added Jconcepts stick on weights to the battery, just curious if anyone has tried drilling holes in the chassis for screw in weights.

Default Rear outdrive options TC5

Can anyone tell me if the front one way outdrives can be used to replace the rear alloy outdrives ?

That is your straight away issue.

Those things are flat as pancakes when compared to other motors ( Movtiv, Fantom, TSR )

sadly this is true. At the Canadian Nationals it was more evident then ever. In most cases, if you weren't rockin those motors, your playing with the button of the field.

Been looking for the 31195 arm mounts without success. Anybody know where I can get a set in the USA, or is there a replacement part number to use?

Try 31321. Basically the same but include a zero dot from memory.
