Team Associated B4.2 Thread
6.5 might be overkill.
I run 8.5 on an indoor clay track, and turned my epa down. In talking with fellow racers with outdoor season approaching, I'll be on a larger track, but with traction being more of an issue, I doubt I'll need to go crazy. May turn epa, but i'm using older SP esc and I'm not using boost.

If your new to racing that is way to much of a motor. I would see if you can find someone to trade that for a 10.5 or an 8.5 at the most
Hey guys now I have been running a b4.2 for a little over 4 months now moved over from sct the track I run at has changed the surface from wet using slicks to sugar pin tires now im having a problem with pushing on the entry to mid turn when I was on slicks I could turn on a dime now not so much what would help to bring more steering back to the car thx in advance
Track is med to large sweeped and wet on the outside groove left alone besides sweeped and dry hardpack smooth clay topsoil content about 80/20 or 70/30

Is there a quick fix to prevent the screws going into the a arm holding the shock on from backing out? Had one back out during practice before my first race with the b4.2 last weekend and it worked it's way almost out during the qualifiers and mains.
Make sure your shock ends aren't screwed down so tight that they prevent the ball end from rotating freely -- that can cause the screw in the arm to back out. A tiny drop of CA glue on the screw before you screw it in will help as well.
And by tranfer weight to the front what do u mean take out the rear ballast and put more in the front
