More than a decade ago, my local off road track covered the surface with diesel. It had plenty of traction and worked great - until the local council discovered what we were doing.....

Sounds like a perfectly fine practice to me! Keeps the weeds off the track! :nod:

hey guys im a noob to buggy but i got one of these about a week ago and the first time on the track i felt like i had to much on power push and off power way to much righ tnow i got the stock springs and 32.5 in front and 27.5 in rear running barcodes all around and just ballast weight.. any suggestions?

Great for the weeds, not so great for the neighbours directly next to the track. Something to do with diesel fumes ;)

I really like green fronts and white rears when there is consistent grip, otherwise (which is the case at our track), I use black fronts and green rears for consistency.
