For the front and rear chassis braces we use the carbon stiffeners.

Yes…..the carbon brace is a factory option part.

For the front you have 2 different steering braces…..with or without an option for the body mount.

Parts are included in the latest parts list sent to distributors on Monday and will soon be available to order

We all ran the optional carbon brace which will be out as soon as production and packaging is ready.

And some of the other option parts that have been out for the '15 as well such as:
4 dot / 3 dot springs
1.8mm swaybars
12* alu. c-hubs
Alu. rear uprights
Alu. ackermann bar.
Steel gears in the diffs.

All parts that we have been running on the XB4 for the last year on high traction carpet and astro tracks.

Kit car as in no prototype parts………everything is available to everyone…….except the rear brace that they are finishing up now.

Pretty expensive but oh well. Are composite gears or metal going to last about the same time. Or metal pinion and composite ring gear best. Rc America is back ordered on both for weeks now. Must be happening to a lot of guys not talking about it here.
No…..over-tightening the screws for the bulkhead cover causes it to be able to expand and affect gear mesh.

Bad bearings will also affect gear mesh.

And if you've had problems with gears stripping change both 14T pinion and 35T bevel gear at the same time or you will continue to have problems with just 1 new gear.

Will there be any variations to the body designs and colors for the XB4 16? I'm only seeing the one color on Amain website. I haven't got into painting or drawing designs on clear bodies as of yet. I have one clear body with a pigment design already printed on the body. I just have to add color to the clear areas. That's easy since it already has graphics to paint over though.

XB4 comes with a clear unpainted body.

Over tightening is what I meant to say. My bearings are nice. Diff case is new and both gears replaced at same time. This fix gets me about 6 to 10 packs and grinding starts to be audible. 2 to 3 more packs and they strip. I tried shimming right in back of the pinion and that gave me about double the run time before strip. 6.5 motor on decent c shorty packs on med bite indoor clay track The car is tough other wise. We had some big triple jumps on last layout that broke some bulkheads but other than that rock solid. Gears never stripped before I started breaking bulkheads. Didn't really tighten them much either.

All the part numbers you need for rebuilding the shocks are listed in the manual.
There's no dedicated "rebuild kit".

If you're having to replace the bushings as well as the o-rings you probably need to polish the shock shafts. I did that to my 2015 after about 6 months of running and it made a big difference in how smooth the shocks were.

Xb4 shocks are the worst ive ever used. There is 0 quality in their shocks. I have to change shock oils every single race day. The oils get filthy almost sludgy. The pistons suck in atock form . Almost make the shafts wobble in them. Pathetic!!!!.
