I run mine in front of the diff and use a 3d printed holder to secure it in place. It keeps the wires out of the way and relatively short.

Do the 81mm ecs shafts work on the 23'? I know they show up as options in the manual but do you have to run arms narrower?

Curious if anyone has found a way to run a 26t pinion (or higher) with a 78t spur in a 13.5t 23' dirt car? When I tried it the motor mount ends up being in the removal position and could possibly move aft during a hard landing.

Wow, didn't see that. Thanks

What was Xray thinking? Only catering to the mod racers?

Are there diff outdrives from other manufacturers/cars that fit the xb4? I bought a used 2014 and the outdrives are a little worn but replcements from xray are mega expensive.

I've not found an alternative that fits - it was cheaper for me to grab a less worn out buggy and strip it for parts when my 2020 started showing its age.

You could try the kit breakers on eBay - they will often sell a complete diff for less then a pair of new outdrives from Xray

Would anyone be able to measure the distance between screw holes on a 2024 version wing mounts please? Hoping it's 29mm center to center for the wing button screws (the red line marked)

Thanks for doing that for me

Sorry, which year is yours? I meant to ask for the 2024 kit.

(I forgot to add in the year in the question, fixed it)
