haha funny, I posted that if anyone was jonesing for a new kit to PM me. My SC10 is a .2 and has maybe 2 races on it over the last year and a half. I am running it next weekend at Motorama, but then it's available. So PM me if interested, otherwise I'll probably put a for sale thread up after Motorama.

Ive had a problem snapping the rolled steel pins that hold the hex wheel hubs.. I was wondering if associated/anyone makes a solid steel pin for the hubs as the rolled ones seem to be a little weak.

Piano wire, get like 6 feet of it for a couple bucks and never need to worry again.

Cherry where the pics?

Break the pin or break the axle hmm i will stick with the roll pins. Make sure you are not overtighting the wheel nut, that will break pins.

Hex Conversion

Was looking to get some opinions on hex conv. parts that people have had good luck with. Was looking at possibly using the AE hubs with jconcepts axle kit and avid hexes. As what I have found is that some like different products for the certain part of the conversion, instead of say all AE or Jconcepts Etc. Lets hear some of your experiences on this. Thanks.

JC axles and AE or Avid hexes are the best.

Thanks for the replies guys. Does anyone have any experience with the AVID carbon fiber hub towers? What are the benefits to these? New to short course and just trying to get caught up with some things.
