I've kind of scoured the internets looking for a starting setup for med/low grip/med sized/med bumpy duh its offroad), but find a lot of incomplete setup sheets and mixtures of 1.0/2.0 setups.
I have a 1.0 with 2.0 rear, 1.0 diffs, and 1.0 springs as options. Instead of trying to combine some can someone give me a shot at a starting setup.

I am pretty similar to you, same 2.0 suspension, 1.0 everything else. I started with Chicky's standard dirt setup for a 2.0, but using thinner diff oil due to the 1.0 diffs. V1 blue front springs, V1 yellow rear. Hoping to shake the car down some this weekend at Dalton if the weather holds.

I also have in the Fioroni pistons currently as I wanted to try them out. I will let you know how it goes if we run this weekend.

You probably won't like the Fiorini pistons. At least, you won't see the big benefits from the dual action. The Fiorini's are, IIRC, 15.8mm in diameter or so. The Serpent shock bodies are more like 16.1mm bore. I think they are just a bit too big in diameter for the Fiorini piston O-rings to grab and 'drag' again the shock body and provide the intended resistance on compression.
I am pretty sure I said something similar to Chicky a while back in this thread. He said it worked.

Well then to the basement batman! Time to get this thing dialed in. I didn't touch it last year except taking it out of the box and installing the 2.0 rear. Hopefully Max Fluer will be at a few club races with us this year and I can get some tips as well.

Bam!
Make sure to keep us posted on how it goes. Looks like we may end up at Loganville this weekend now instead, but either way, if the rain stays away, its 811 time! My poor SRX MM will have to wait a little bit longer. Just to add, I am also setup with 7, 10, 5 in the diffs (V1) just to see how it feels. I have another rear built with 3, and another center with 5 that I can swap pretty quick to see changes.
Thanks, that is awesome!

Taking the buggy to our indoor track for a quick unofficial check of the new shocks and specifically the pistons. I am nervous now, and may end up changing the pistons between now and this weekend depending on how it feels tonight.

This car definitely likes camber in the rear. Very stable. The recent bornhorst setup is great on med to high bite clay. Gave it a shot as this is a new car for me, wanted to get a good starting point to try out. Its working great so far and recommend it

Any advice for things to look at to get better rotation in 180 turns? Seem to do OK off-power, but push wide when on-power or trying to kick out the rear end on hairpins.
Running a 1.0 buggy, stock setup with hard servo saver spring, checked EPAs to make sure I'm getting full lock on steering. Track is indoor clay, usually pretty damp but can get dusty and then it's easier to kick out the rear. Track layout just changed to a more technical setup, so I need to make some improvement on rotation now especially. Everything else feels dialed.

Got the whole front tore off last night and fluids drained. Ummm removing the front diff... could really be a little easier
Hope I can get the front back together and rear removed tonight. I don't think its gonna matter anyway with the weather
How can you tell the difference between the 1.0 gear diff and a 2.0? I might have a 2.0 rear diff...
*** does anyone have plastic front and rear braces they don't need???
I'll trade an aluminum rear for them.

The V1 gears will have webbing between the teeth on the small gears, and use shims. The V2 gears have no webbing, and no shims with a built-in spacer on the back of the gear.
Not sure exactly how to tell the difference of the V1 and V2 diff cases.
