My point..

People for some retarded reason, are on that phase were they think Bigger is better/faster... and it is fun to show them other wise on the track.

Yeah I was worried it wouldnt be enough but I already had the motor so I figured I'd try it. I can run a whole bat and never climb over 130

Today was a good day. I really didnt do so hot with my 4x< but did do some tuning and came up with a sweet set up. its a combo of Tessmans and my own. It was really planted and was smooth feeling.

Does anyone have those Ackerman bars in yet? I really need them.

once i get my belt slip problem licked I'm gonna be so happy lol. then i can just focus on driving.

I run a Tekin Pro 4 and have it set at TP1 for the throttle curve, no timing and current limiter at around 60%. guess it depends how grippy a surface you run. As long as you have your hot wire and laptop with you, you can take a couple laps and try it out and change to what works best.

the ACKbars are all shipping out monday!

I ordered on your website about an hour ago. Def need em !!

Yeah, and its funny when they accuse you of cheating because you are running a 540 and they are running a 550 boosted and timed to all holy-hell and they cant even keep up with you let alone to triple on the back straight.

It also makes me laugh every time I read someone's signature on here... "Faster motors ,make faster drivers...." positively the stupidest thing I've read on here.

Dam!!! Maby i am nuts, i swear that 4600 4 pole didnt seem that fast

JEFFs SC10 11-19-2011 09:14 PM

hahah I have it geared 15/62 and it seems great. I had the power backed down on my transmitter too, can't even use all the power it had. I'm going to step down to a 13/14 tooth and see how it is. I really like the esc and the software to tune it.

compared to a b44 with a hot motor anything will seem slow LOL

There's "fast" and then there's "Track Fast".

Today at ECH my truck was on rails. I TQ Mod SC and my friend Marc had his SC4x4 on rails as well.

That is a damn good way to put it :)

I got that mystery "ticking noise", but only in left hand corners. My RH rear outdrive was way wobbly compared to the other one. I shimmed them both, but then I discovered something else putting it back together...

The RPM arms warp too.

I have one practice day on them, always stored with the tires off, but not in a car stand (I leave it inside my Jconcepts bag to keep the clutter down). I think what I'll be doing going forward is it with the SHOCKS off.
