If I bought the Hot racing diffs. This would be all need to have a complete diff right? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Associated-G...item4aaf90a835 Or should I buy something with the outdrives also.

you will need the outdrives unless you plan to use your existing. If the plan is to have a spare, get the outdrives.

I'm waiting for AE to come out with a spur gear that has taller pad walls so we end up running up to 2 pads per side without an extra basket/accessory and just have to add the in-between plates on a new shaft that is keyed its full length.

I cut mine too. I did it so when the Losi's tap me in the corner it doesn't lift my chassis up and spin me out. my body just crumbles. no clue why others do it.

LOL its a shame we have to modify our trucks to keep from getting Losi hammered!!

im headed back out to the track in a bit to test out 10k front dif fluid and some other minor stuff, hopefully i get my exit steering. will chime in tonight.
