i did.

here you guys go. I installed the aluminum idler shafts and blue aluminum screw kit and aluminum wheel hexes and rpm nuts for shocks/shock mounts.

I went from 91.7oz rtr to 88.1 rtr 3.52oz drop.

Still need lightweight top shafts and since I'm running a 540 can i might ditch the clutch basket.

keep in mind all of this weight is above the chassis line. so I'm pretty sure the cg has dropped dramatically.

the screw kit doesn't come with every bolt for the truck.
however the ones for under the chassis I did not put in as i wanted more weight down low.
I took those bolts I didn't use down low and added them somewhere up top. still need to install the blue shock pistons screws and shock bleeder screws.

On a side note. my scale is not an ounce/grams scale. so the weight loss could be more or less. I just weight it before and after and that's what i got.

Once I'm done I will be adding weight to the chassis to bring it legal and give me that low cg.

I'd really like to check out your setup in person? Are you running anywhere this weekend?

Hey guys, tried looking for this question and cant seem to find an existing answer so sorry if its already been answered:

I have a spare RS Pro and was curious if anyone has run it with the 4x4 and a 4.5 550 novak yet? If so where would it be best set timing wise to NOT let the smoke out.

My current esc is a MMP......just want to convert to tekin beings I have another one in my 2wd and also my 1/12 onroad. I like to keep it the same across the board.

I like the idea of an rx8, but then id be limited to just the 4x4 with it.

Thumbs up

Well I ran the clutch basket today for the 1st time. I think I will make the hole in the cente pad bigger to get some slip back! This thing hooks up , when I hold the rear tires still with the nut flush to the end of the bolt the front tires comes off the ground 2 inches @ full throttle and will stay there.
Nice product.............

You might ask 1fastpede. He uses the rs pro but says to use two caps. I was gonna use rs pro but ended just going with the rx8

+1....add at LEAST 2 caps to the RS Pro.... I've seen some add-on boards that have 3 or 4 good sized caps that should help keep your temps in check...

ThunderbirdJunkie posted his several pages back. He's since made the rear camber link longer and done no other changes to that setup. The tail was a little unpredictable in the tight stuff with that setup.

Now this is what I have been thinking about. I already have a 22 so would just need to pick up more packs. Will be checking to see how this works for you.

Does anyone have a good set up with saddle packs for a outdoor hard pack rough track ?
Most of the setup sheets i have seen are for indoor or smooth tracks.
Hope to get my sc10 4x4 in the mail tomorrow
cheers bigears
