Ha Ha, there would not be a Ae brace if it was not "homemade" first.

Your looking at the guy that made the first chassis brace for a Sc10 4x4.

BTW A Ae team mate gave me the idea...:ha:

hpi/hb does not have a 10th scale 4wd sc, so he was running XXXXXX, much like he does in 2wd buggy.

I'd check you don't have the tension pulley around the wrong way, if it is it can slide out and flip the belt off, I did it once, no need to replace anything, mine's never done it again.

+1

Howdy, I have been running the SC10 4x4 for about 4 weeks. I run on an outdoor track that is pretty loose. I am having trouble with tight turns. Specifically powering through them with a tight line. Should I be running the same tire all around? Maybe a heavier pin in front? Any advice would be appreciated.

ask the 1/8 guy at your track what tires they run and use the ae foams that come with the kit and use a small amount of shoe glue in side to keep the foams in place the proline foams are use less and glue the air hole

Wildcat1971 08-17-2012 07:38 AM

so what does he drive for HB? lol. does he even use their tires?

Belt came off about five times, while under power. I dont know for sure if it was related to jumping, as *almost* every time it happened I noticed it after landing. once was on the gravel, I test drove it and all was well until I put some pressure on it.

the brace fixs this and run the front lose and the rear tintioner tite

Anything they make, but HB isn't exactly full line. Other than AE, who is anymore?
