I have no steering this car, my 2wd steers way more.
1/8 out on diffs. Bk fronts, taper fronts, hot body rears, bk rears, concept rears.
It is getting no fun to drive. Some one help me out here
It actually is very slow in the corners, its depressing lol.

There are several factors that can make the B44.1 feel like it does not have the steering that you need but before you give up on the chassis please now that it can and does have the steering you need...
1. Make sure you have a good setup... Download one of the latest setups and follow to the T... Plus make sure you have the correct tires. See who is running fast and has good steering and run those tires... If it is still not working it is a driver or setup issue!
2. Tires.... I was running my B44.1 last weeknd and it was not turning in like I needed either... I change tires and found that it was a tire issue! Once I hit the correct tire combination it was the money!
3. My buddy is running the exact same setup as I was and didn't have enough steeiring into the corners. I found after watching him drive he actually was using too much brake getting into the corners and it was locking up the front tires rather than turning in... After dialing down the brakes a bit he was able to turn in much better.
4. Try running your front diff at 1/4 loose from full lock rather than 1/8 as it will allow the buggy to turn i better and also try running 1/2 of toe out on the front as it will make it turn in a bit bette as well...
5. The standard setups call for running the front end 1mm higher than the rear. I have found on high traction tracks running same ride height front and rear aids in turn in.
Let me know if any of these tips help!
Good luck and don't give up as the B44.1 is capable of winning on any given day with the correct setup and driving style!

- Driving style is very important with 4wd. If you run the front diff tight, it will understeer a bit more off power but will turn like a demon on power. Brake in a straight line, get off the brakes before turning then getting back on the power early is important with the 44.
- If you have a track with lots of hairpins, then loosening the front diff off will help turn-in a lot off power, but it can get a bit squirelly on power. Front diff tuning is one of the most sensitive adjustments on the car.
The rear ballast weight helps a lot with the rotation off power as well.
Keep us posted how you go. Iver personally not driven a 4wd with as much steering as the B44 - usually people complain they have too much steering!!

What surface you run on may help? Dry, wet?

In addition to to the other's suggestions, check to make sure your steering rack servo saver assembly is still adjusted to the manual's 1mm spec, I fixed a couple of cars that didn't steer correctly and it was because the servo saver loosened up over time.

Has anyone tried the Kyosho Big Bore Shocks on the B44.1?
I'm not sure if the shocks will fit in the front since the front shocks are behind the shock tower.
I know the Tamiya guys are really liking the Kyosho big bore shocks on there 502x 4wd but just like Tamiya Associated hasn't made a set of big bores yet for the 44 so everyone is using the Kyosho BB shocks.
I have a set of Big Bore Kyosho shocks coming in the mail to see if they will fit on the 44.

They are about the same as the Losi BB springs just cost 22 bucks apair instead of 6 bucks a pair.
They work just fine. I use them on my B44.1 and B4.1 and SC10 2wd
