Those of you using Losi BB shocks, what springs are you running? I run on an indoor medium/high bite indoor wet clay track. It seems like running just the BB springs most are going with red/white or red/yellow. Would the same hold true with the Losi shocks in there too?
Blue front, yellow rear worked great for me on the same type of track. i ran 35 wt losi oil w/#1 piston in front, and 32.5 wt losi oil w/#2 piston in the rear. Car was dialed, jumped perfect. The bb springs absobed some of the impact on landings, much more controllable.

I took the rear apart and didn't see any strip gears or anything but there were only 5 thrust balls so maybe that was tw problem.... What could it be in the diff makeing a loud clicking noise and it would not move anywhere I mean it moves but it was like the slipper was real loose. Does associated just sell a whole diff?

Noooo, too soft. I made that mistake, running red, and then orange and white, was horrible.

My mistake. I was referring to the bb springs with the v2's. I still think red and white would be too soft with the Losi bb shocks on a 44. The b44 is noticably heavier than the 22. I am lifting them both as we speak. 44 is heavier. I ran red and white in my 22 with a shorty pack. Border line too soft even for the 22. Depending on the track of course.

Ok got the bb springs on , feels much nicer on the bench . the buggy is new built and had its run in on the road and all seems well . what are peoples thoughts on the ballast ? Yes or no ? Will take it to the track in couple days for proper run . cheers
