Thanks. Think the Reedy packs may be a good way to go. They're pricey but at least keeping it in the AE family! haha.

Nope I've ran the 5000 40c 4s packs and 2650 40c 6s with no fittament issues.

Here's my question to you guys.
How much would you pay for someone to completely strip and clean your car?
Change all diff fluids, shock fluids, clean and reoil (where you can) bearing?
All the local hobby shops here charge $30-$35 an hour. I was thinking of charging $20 an hour just for repairs only.
I thought about having just a set price for complete cleaning though. Any thoughts on pricing?
PLEASE HELP!
I just paid thespeedshop $75.00 for a full race prep. They go over everything and if something needs replaced they replace it upon your approval. They also change your diff and shock oil/fluid and a setup of your choice. Alan Burton is the owner and he's been in the hobby for years and raced in the ifmar worlds a few years back. Heres his website and services the speed shop provides. http://speedshop.alabamarcracers.com...d=52&Itemid=61

I don't see how 149mm long battery fits in a 143mm battery tray.

Jason,

The batts I think you ordered (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=10096) have the following dimensions - 147 x 49 x 34mm

The tray is only 143mm long so I think you'll have to do some modifying or use that AE sponsorship deal if you decided to renew and get this Reedy pack (http://www.teamassociated.com/reedy/parts/details/626/). I'm pretty sure this is the pack that I'm going to use.

These guys are good to deal with and have decent prices:

I've been running these indoors with great luck for that last few months:

Well, yeah. I mean without hacking the tray. If you race ROAR the 143mm is setup for the ROAR packs. That's why they aren't any bigger.
