Any AE RC8Be owners out there......
Mines on the way and wanted to see what everyone else's Setups and tricks are.
Going to start with the factory setup out of the box.
Probably start with 25weight oils front and back with a little bit higher ride height....Really big loamy rutted track here in Dallas. (Mikes Hobby shop)

I'm one of the unlucky few that are on the waiting list until late Aug.

Keep us posted on your progress so we can live vicariously through you.

Setup on ae is pretty sweet, been running it a while, u can use that as a good starting point..shock towers, big bores and steering mod are a must, and 1.1 pistons

I'm so jealous, but I'm liking your new wheels. I was going to cancel my order and perhaps look at getting the Ve8 but I know I'll always be wishing I had waited, so I'll just wait. Anyway, the mosquitoes are a killer in the south right now so perhaps by the time I get my RC8Be they’ll all be dead and I'll have more outside time with my new wheels without being eaten alive.

Are you going to paint the body yourself or have someone paint it for you?

PS can you guys also share what gear you installed, or plan to install, in your truck. I don't currently have any gear so I'll be starting from scratch. Also, what radio do you guys use; I need a new radio too.

Man do not settle for something else, you will always wish you had gone with the RB8be. I own the Hyper 9e and Rc8be and the Rc8be is buggy I always go to! Just better balanced, steering is over the top I can turn in on anybody on the track except other 8be's Just wait you will be rewarded greatly
