The tip off to the heavy battery, is when you exit a corner, and you want to go straight, but you feel the car rotate that extra little bit and then you have to counter steer ever so slight, and or wait for the car to square up and go. Again its very subtle, but you will notice it, given enough laps.

Good luck, Krom.
totally makes sense. im just getting back into the hobby and have been running my b4.1 for a couple months, usually just once a week though. im slowly learning more and more about the vehicle, and am starting to notice the difference in handling as i make subtle changes here and there.

thanks for all the info you provide here, cheers!

I personally still run the V2 shocks with the AE springs. I have tried out the BB's and I really don't like the feel that they give the car. Made my car feel lazy.

Hi

I'm new to off road and just got a b4.1, I ran it indoors for the 1st time tonight, the car is grate and ran well apart from 1 thing, when I was going over jumps the back end was trying to over take the front and the car was trying to flip. Any setup help any one could offer would be grate.

Welcome to offroad! Sounds like you might be either tapping the brakes in air or you might have pretty strong drag brake set. With off road cars you can adjust the attitude of the car in the air with the throttle. More throttle brings the nose up and less throttle or brakes brings the nose down. Hope that helps.
