Why not? We stretched the buggy and most seem to like the results.

Yep. Every T4 I have ever driven feels like the standard B4, in regards to it's twitchyness. I bet if you added 5mm to a T4 chassis you would end up with a truck you could push really hard.

JConcepts has two bodies made specifically for the longer B4 & B4.1. The Finnisher Worlds Body and the Punisher body.....

I would think that if they were going to have something any time soon, it would show up this week at the Nats

Ehh who knows. Too many variables between demand, supply, performance, strategy, etc.

Yeah, it will be interesting to see if they do anything. It wouldn't be too terribly expensive for them to add a new chassis mold, but like you said, so many variables. I do for sure that AE will always stay on top......

I completely agree. Using the new SC10 4x4 as a basis of comparison, there are many things besides the wheelbase that could be incorporated. New shocks, all metric hardware, better tolerances, etc...

It's a very exciting time for offroad development, to say the least, and AE is at the forefront.

Isn't the T4 chassis too wide for the B4.1 extended chassis conversion?

They are the same width, different length.

It could be because they have different size wheels for the buggy and the truck if they measured with the wheels on. In addition, they both have different length of arms too.
