I believe Jeckler means the width of most rally car bodies is narrower than the listed width of the B4.1.

385mm Long, 250mm wide, 281mm wheelbase, per the AE website, for the B4.1 Worlds. Of course, I better measure it myself to make sure!

lol... quote "With this conversion, a driver can now compete in two classes on the same day using just one vehicle. " And I have seen one of these running at my local track...

That's a buggy body for a T4 truck.

I'm looking for a rally body for a B4 buggy.

A ralley class would be so much better then a short bus...

Tracks would really have to be different for that though.

Yep. It's been a while since I looked in to it, but aren't most 1/10th scale sedan/rally bodies only 200mm wide? You'll have an inch of wheel sticking out... each side. You could always narrow some arms.

Now, a buddy of mine back in the early 90's bought a Kyosho Lazer... something TC. He only bought it because me and the rest of my friends all bought the LHS's supply of Tamiya TA01/02's in one day (there were like 7 of us. The ownder was REALLY happy). Terrible car, it would break arms running over a pebble, but it had a wide Skyline body on it. You might look into that.

There are a lot of awesome ones at 200, indeed.

Funny you should say that, the only one I've found so far is the Kyosho EP Fazer 1/10 - dims are very close... Problem is, I can't find it in stock, (special order available, I think) and it's $60. That's a rather risky proposition.

Hey guys, has anyone use the b4.1 bulldog body on the +8 chassis? I just got the body and broke my chassis and am thinking of ordering the +8mm, thanks for any help...

you broke the chassis? How did you manage that task? Btw, I have no idea if it will fit, I "think" I saw someone say it would if you attach the body with Velcro. But not sure.

Yes it fits.
You will need to use velcro to hold it on and you will have a small gap in the front but it will fit and it will work just fine.

Speaking of battery straps. Who besides me think thumb screws are horrible and the rtr battery strap configuration is actually more usable. But it is not available in +8 yeah yeah.

Thanks alot guys, Im not sure what happened, the two right side rear chassis mounts were completely stripped and hollowed out so the show tower was flexing a bunch...just figured I would replace it with the plus 8, thanks again guys...
