RC10B4.1 FT/WC
385mm Long, 250mm wide, 281mm wheelbase, per the AE website, for the B4.1 Worlds. Of course, I better measure it myself to make sure!
Jconcepts makes a body for the b4 with truck chassis.

I'm looking for a rally body for a B4 buggy.

Now, a buddy of mine back in the early 90's bought a Kyosho Lazer... something TC. He only bought it because me and the rest of my friends all bought the LHS's supply of Tamiya TA01/02's in one day (there were like 7 of us. The ownder was REALLY happy). Terrible car, it would break arms running over a pebble, but it had a wide Skyline body on it. You might look into that.
Yep. It's been a while since I looked in to it, but aren't most 1/10th scale sedan/rally bodies only 200mm wide? You'll have an inch of wheel sticking out... each side. You could always narrow some arms.

Funny you should say that, the only one I've found so far is the Kyosho EP Fazer 1/10 - dims are very close... Problem is, I can't find it in stock, (special order available, I think) and it's $60. That's a rather risky proposition.
You will need to use velcro to hold it on and you will have a small gap in the front but it will fit and it will work just fine.
Speaking of battery straps. Who besides me think thumb screws are horrible and the rtr battery strap configuration is actually more usable. But it is not available in +8 yeah yeah.
