my truck is getting so lose in the rear would mounting some weight in the rear help or no

All agreed, get tires and don't forget to "sauce" the crap out of em (rear only) if you're still loose.

Then get a set of rear hubs that will toe in the rear end as suggested above.

You can get the aluminum ones or use Losi XXX T rear hubs and hinge pins (cheaper, just need to drill the arms to 1/8 inch).
They come in +1 and +2 degrees toe in.

Of course, use one of the setups from the fast guys on here and you'll be real close.

I would bet that is the majority of the problem right there. Most people use either JConcepts or ProLine Tires, find out what others are running at your track and get some. you will be amazed at what the correct tires will do.

Lots of great patterns to choose from, sure the Bumps are the best?

You might just drive around that guy with AKA Wishbones or JC Barcodes.
