No problem. I forgot to mention that about the Lunsford package for the RC8T and the e-version. But also, about the diff, I did change my screws to stainless (RCScrewz) at the time of the change because I noticed the stock screws were showing a little wear. So I'm not sure if the new screws sealed the diff better or if the spur was warped. I just figured that since I changed all but the spur gear at the time, I might as well change the spur...and it worked. I'm sure you already tried tightening the screws carefully and all that. Changing the spur was my last resort for me so you may try just changing the screws first and see if that works. Good luck! JB:tire:

does anyone know if the 89307 Front Tower or the 89308 Rear Tower are available for purchase anywhere or are these not going to be released as "public" parts because they're on the CE ?

I see some people have had problems with the plastic shocks while others say they're ok. How many of you guys have had problems with the plastic shocks? Is it mostly the top caps popping off?
Once my spending freeze is over (I hope soon...probably not though), I want to pick up a RC8Te, but I wouldn't have the funds to buy aluminum big bores for some time thereafter, so it'd be nice if the plastic big bores would hold, but if they simply suck in durability, then I need to find ways to mitigate that. I can probably use the Losi big bores I have on my wife's truggy and throw the stock shocks back on her truggy, but her truggy handles so much better with the big bores on it. BTW, just to clarify, I think I read earlier that someone needed to use 2 diff risers stacked on top of each other to make room for a Neu-Castle motor. Is this true? That was the first time I read that. I thought only 1 was needed, and mostly on the RC8e buggy. |

I will second that the motor mount is very tight. I managed to install my 2200kV Neu truggy motor, but it took a lot of careful wiggling. I returned it for the Tekin (hope it fits better), but in hind-sight, I should have used some washers.

Hey just an FYI for ya i seen in your picture where it showes the side where the servo is that you have you esc wire going into your radio box pretty close to the front cvd in the center you should run the wire from the esc thouugh the bridge that goes over the front center cvd to keep it from getting tangled up and breaking the wire but thats just my 2 cents. Other then that the truck looks good..
