Just for anyone that is interested the Losi and AE ball stud diameter is around 4.27mm I reckon this is why HPI use 4.3mm. Being of the 4.3mm type you can use any ball end that will fir AE, Losi or HPI. The Durango ball stud is 4.47mm which is more similar to Kyosho 4.5mm size. Currently HPI and AE TC5 ball studs have a 3mm metric thread and will fit the Durango holes

They're taking over my local track as well. There are 5 or 6 of us running them currently.
I had a chance to do some tuning last night and this car is amazing. Went from stock to black springs all the way around with Losi 45wt/37.5wt front and rear and it was pretty dialed, thanks Raul!
The harder you push, the harder it digs. The one thing I did notice is that ride height makes a HUGE difference with this car.

Yes, at the advice of one of the local racers (Raul who posted above). Works quite well on a hard-packed and short technical course. I can drive it smoothly, but it responds much better to being manhandled when stiff. Once I spend some more time with it I will definitely try a softer setup and see which I like better.

If you go by the spring chart. It is two levels softer in the front, and two levels harder in the rear than stock.

how do you work out final gear ratio of the car/motor?
is there a forumla i need to use? eg if im running 19t pinon, the final gear ratio would be?
