I know to me about the red wire
I have the red wire pulled out of ESC connector RX should I try running a glitch Buster and see if that works I have also what it be a good choice to just solder the power wires from the ESC directly to the bullet connectors to the Orion batteries and I am running the orion bullet connectors to

If you cannot try running the car without the sensor wire atatched and see if the result is the same.

On the BEC if it's not performing it will cause the issues you describe.

Thanks Randy

Hi Randy could you recommend the best method to wire up 2x2s Max Amps with the leads coming from the packs? I was using 4mm super bullets but I am not happy with this and when I get my RX8 back from warranty I would like to have a solid plan of action.
Thanks
Sean
Thanks

You'll need to make "Y" harness using some deans connectors. I didn't find one quickly searching on Amain's site but I'm sure they're out there.

OK I can easily make one of those I was just trying to stay away from a deans setup, now if this is what you are recommending then I will start on that now.

Maybe Randy can give us his opinion about using deans on 1:8 buggy.
Deans are fine IF they're the only connectors you're using. I don't like seeing Deans AND 4mm bullets being used at the same time.
I run Protek solid 4mm connectors on mine since they come with my batteries. I've yet to have an issue. However I'm always checking them for a snug fit and any burn marks. If I see even one, I replace it.
EC3 connectors are good also but they're hard to pull apart in my opinion.

I was using 4mm Protek super bullets but I am just not happy with the way they are holding together, I was going to goto a 6.5mm bullet but I will go the Deans route first and see how it works out and go from there.
