Its a freaking $99 dollar part in Aus and $43 from Amain!

How the hell does it gain $56 coming from the states?

A week ago the roller was hired but due to a mistake on the part of Kennards Hire we were given a faulty roller and had to wait for a better one to be delivered.
We lost half the day to roll the track so it is consequently not finished yet.
We have rehired the roller for next Friday the 7th of February.
Any help will be appreciated on this day, there is plenty of watering, shovelling and ag pipe/astroturf work to be done.
Hopefully we will get the track looking half decent as it is VERY dry at the moment.
I would also appreciate if anyone who is able to over the next few days and even beyond, can please give the track a good watering preferably in the evening when it will retain the most moisture.
The track doesn't roll well unless it is very moist well under the surface, at the moment it is bone dry !

I am currently meeting with club treasurer, Dan Burrough, to finalise the 2013 financials so that we can have our AGM on Sunday the 23rd of February.

We need committee members for 2014 that will help keep the club running and inject some enthusiasm and effort, so if you would like to apply then be at the 2014 AGM at the track ready to volunteer.

Don't forget to get your membership fees paid as this helps to keep the club running and pays for things such as, track maintenance, public liability insurance, AARCMCC membership, council lease etc.
Details below:
Sydney Radio Control Off Road Car Club
(it won't all fit but it doesn't matter, Sydney RC Club will do)
BSB: 032 267
ACC: 249 995

Membership cards are being printed and will be issued soon.

Also, those members who have the club council keys in their possession can you please return them to me as soon as possible.

Depends on how many people enter the meet. On average it finishes between 7:30-9:00pm.

Hi guys,

I took my TLR 22 out this morning for its very first practice run.
Good fun. Need practice for sure. Track was very dry & dusty, so spinning out was easy to do.
Was wondering a couple of things:

- what ride height would you recommend? I'm sure this varies between cars & drivers, so if anyone had/ has a TLR 22, would be good to hear from you.

- what storage voltage do you guys use for your LiPo batteries? (Currently using 3.85v per cell)- sound right? Info on this seems inconsistent.

I am using 5.4 FDR for my 2wd stock buggy.

Yes, you can change the timing on the motor can in blinky mode.

The FDR would depend on the can timing you use as well.

You can run a lower FDR with lower can timing.

Saturday race results are attached.

You don't need a transponder as we have club transponders available, but if you
decide to purchase your own personal transponder get one of these.
