Phantom shown below.

That vid was funny Dave, true that nobody has time to do a comparison, but like Nick said, I would like to see a 10 car shootout like they used to do in RC magazines of old.

That's the new phantom done by lee Martin after the worlds.... The older version is standard with the tamiya trf201 xm which they claim is done by proline...... Mmmm let the search continue.....http://www.tamiyashop.com.au/shop/tamiya-42277-110-rc-trf201xm-chassis-kit-p-90064976.html

Showed my 6y/o and he wasn't impressed, he wanted to know if it would pick things up and bring them to you, like a glass of water or change characters on Skylanders portal of power for you to. It takes a lot to impress kids these days.

Just read on the Team Associated site that the B44.3 will have gear diffs. I think they will be very reliable because the internal gears are made of steel. Sounds good to me.

Cheers Joel

Hey guys I thought I'd pop in to see whats up, I've been down with the flu for about 2 weeks now... Worst part is it ate most of my annul leave up haha anyway I hope to be racing this Sunday (if it's dry)

Also quick question, how much would a personal transponder run me? I'm looking to buy now but if anyone has a spare or un used one I'd be happy to take it? And what is a "good" brand or what does most people run? Thanks !

Head into any local hobby store and ask for a mylaps transponder

There is no difference at our club between the 2 wire and the 3 wire, the 3 wires just reports back some un-needed car data

Just a heads up for the couple of Stock racers we have at Ryde that Christian just alerted me to today. Even though the rotor you have may have a legal magnet diameter, that is no greater than 12.51mm, it also needs to comply on the shaft diameter where the shaft meets the magnet. See below:

I'm going to check all of mine, just to be sure. Something tells me I'll be fine though.

Does anybody know if you can fit the hexs from the B4.2 straight over the pins of older Associated buggies and trucks or do you have to change the axles as well?
