I'm already signed up for Vegas and I figure I have to make the trip down to Florida one of these days and why not make it the Birds.

Hi, the car has been through some development so the main weakpoint of the driveshafts seems to be a lot better.

This thread is always helpful with lots of advice from fellow drivers.
The support from Schumacher is second to none and if you read some of the very recent posts you can see that it's results are very good.

At the last UK National meet their were 5 Mi3's in the A-Final of Pro Stock.

has anyone had any success with diffs turned into spools? I'm thinking along the lines of header card in place of diff rings. If you do this do you take the thrust out or leave it in?

hey andrew, the time i let steve take my car for a spin it had a front diff in, i took the diff, built it with tamiya anti-wear gease and tighten it all the way down. you could hold a wheel and get some diff action but it was very very stiff.

as far as the header cards, maybe try the little sanding disks for the dremel and leave the balls in with the thrust bearing in also

take the diff balls out and just use the header card.

We had a similar result in Queensland in Australia...6 of the 10 A finalists in stock were MI3s
